He knows how ugly and cruel life is more than anyone else, and he was driven to corner so many times he got tired and killed a man to claim his freedom to live as how he wanted. Unfortunately, by killing his uncle, he had let another man snatched away that same freedom and he was chained to him- to Azar Luski. This distant tomcat continues his life despite all that had happened to him, still yet to learn life is actually beautiful.

It would be a terribly lie if he said the knife was not a bother even a bit. The way it reflected light in a dim room like this almost like a siren in Lafayel's mind- a siren that made his body wanted to bolt out of the room instantly. His body was getting rigid and every muscle under his skin contracted and relaxed rapidly. He felt sick. He felt like being twisted and knotted. It was unbearable. He hate the idea of having the knife was brought any closer to him. Something about the knife's pointy edge made him felt weak on his knees. Yet, he gather all his strength to continue the useless struggle to free himself from the man, who clearly was stronger than him.
Lafayel anticipated the knife would poke him, but he was wrong. The sharp weapon was released from the man's hold and it fell to the ground. Sharp clanking sounds echoed in the air and like a scaredy cat, the strain fidgeted in shock on his toes with his ears and tail perked straight up like being electrified. His ruby eyes rounded widened in shock and he halted his struggle for freedom. He could not believe it. What just happened? Was he trying to be merciful with him so Lafayel to put his guard down? Was he trying to gain the young boy's trust to listen to him?
With the knife out of the way, he felt the force that pressured him vanished. He slumped his back against nearby wall and breathed as slow and steady as he could. His body depended on the wall to keep him standing, and on the man who began to approach him. He grumbled, placing a hand on his chest to keep him away from getting any closer to him. "Stop..." he murmured weakly. His tail curled around his left thigh. "Don't..." he warned him. Cold hand drenched with blood reached up for his untainted skin, gently brushed along the surface and made the young strain flinched in slight terror. His eyes watched the red stained hand made its down down to his collarbone. He grunted and turned his head aside when the older man has his thumb jabbed the gap between the bones.
"SHIT!" He grunted, immediately brought his hand up on top the man's hand, trying to peel his fingers off his shoulder. He gasped as his body twitched in agony. "Stop, it..." his unfinished plead was left hanging when the black-haired bastard ensured him his efforts were useless. Pain made his right eye closed and he could only see the man from one window. It was scary.
Scary.
you are mine… he said.
for eternity, he guaranteed.
In his vision, all he could see was the men who tortured him. They spatted the same shit, the same ridiculousness. They made him scared of his life. He roared and lunged front with violent eyes. "NO! NEVER!" His hand quickly seek for a strong grip around the man's exposed neck, wanting to shut him up forever.

Even though I've escaped the wilderness of oblivion I still can't remember Every time I trace my memory I lose sight of it in the same place I fall into repetitions of the same thing Over and over again Now that I've been reborn, I wander even more let us end this By our own action SANIBELLE GREENWOOD || MAN!LUFFY IS HERE! This was not the first time a female- be it a small kid, or a lady- took him out of sympathy. Lafayel was used to this kind of treatment, and he took full advantage of it too. He would end up in the female's house, being bathed and treated like a newborn with love and care, but what did he do in return? He snatched some food, and jumped out through the window. He remembered the faces who took him in but they vaguely remembered him. He looked like any other cats, except his coat was all too rare for an ordinary cat.
When this particular lady spoke of a boy who seemed similar to him, it made the cat strain jolted on his paws. He thought he would remember her if she had rescued him before. His eyes watched the female as she spoke about the boy on and on. His mind wandered.
This city was the city who abandoned him- the city and its people who shoved him in the same group as monsters outside the walls. He hated them, all of them, but there were few he could not. Lafayel furrowed his eyes a bit as he tried to remember if she was one of the good guys or one of the bad guys. A growl heard. Whatever, past is past. It would be her loss today for being too kind.
He thought it was though.
Lafayel could see the trick she tried to make him came closer to her. He was not stupid and brainless like an actual cat. Yet, he played along. He climbed up her skirt and let the lady helped him to get on her skirt. She sheltered him from the incoming rain. Well, that's the first. Lafayel looked up at her, watched her beautiful facial features and listened to her voice. Somehow, he felt welcomed in her embrace as she carried him. He looked at the sausage and simply felt he has lost his appetite. His mind continued to wander on many possibilities about the lady.
So many he was confused and felt heavy inside. Nostalgic feelings began to bloom. Why, though?
He thought he had cast every single thing about Zold down the pitch of darkness and watched it burnt in raging fire the night his father threw him out of the house and let the evil uncle took him. So why was he trying so hard to gather the pieces back, scattering the ashes around to find something that could explain the sense of familiarity he has about this woman?
Before he knew, he had fallen asleep. The weather was cold as the rain poured heavily, but he felt so warm and comfortable that his eyelids decided they should take a break and closed windows of his sight. He was lullabied in good old sweet dreams he used to have when he was three.
When I was three I...
Lafayel opened his eyes instantly. Faint footsteps heard nearby and he sprung up his body, alerted. His eyes looked around, not knowing where he was right now. And the lady? She has gone elsewhere. He was still in daze. The strain shook his head and got up. He needed to get out. Wait, he needed to steal some food AND get out. He cussed himself for forgetting about it.
“Are you warm enough, Mr. Cat?”
He turned quickly behind to see the woman was already back and she patted him. He looked at her, right in the eyes. His tail swung side to side, signified he was enjoying her soft pats. He felt a grin coming in and slowly he closed his eyes. A paw rested on the girl's wrist. Fire crackled behind the scene and the shadow of the cat slowly evolved, taking the shape of a man, so as he. The paw that was once on the female's wrist, were now fingers of man.
Lafayel opened his eyes and slowly brought his face close to the lady. He murmured, "Yes, I feel very warm now, thank you milady." He leaned to her side face and licked it.

I swear to you, he was going to spit at the man's shoe if it was not because he had a knife sheathed from God knows where and he brought it up to his face. Lafayel's kick was a success and it made the black-haired devil took few steps away but it was not a total victory. The fingers remained wrapped around his tiny wrist and it applied more force as second passed. The strain tried not to grunt and groan in pain, not wanting to please the sadistic scum further Oh he knew he was enjoying this, even from the way he was laughing at his oh so strong and painful kick. He was simply mocking him by letting himself being kicked. The boy felt even more angry than ever.
"You fuck..." He cursed, hissing the rest of the sentence due to the appearance of an object of taboo. A knife. That's right- all that needed to make this cat strain has his tongue tied in silence was an object with pointy tip or edge, like a pair of scissors, or nib of a pen pointed right at him. It was a fear unnaturally instilled into him during his time living with his uncles before he died. His eyes trailed along the knife as he displayed it. He was not sure if the knife was new or recently polished, but it sure was shiny. He gulped.
"why do you insist upon defying me, kitten?"
Lafayel scoffed at his words. His eyes went back and forth from his face and the knife. "What? You- you are not scaring me with THAT! No!" He tried to yank his hand free from the man's hold. His ruby eyes remained to have the same raging flame as before, though noticeable trickles of sweats began to appear under his chin. His feet felt cold too.
"Let me go you vile creature! I'm not staying here like some kind of pet to you! Let me go!" He shouted, yanking his hand harder and harder.

QAQ Licking his fur in hope he will look clean and not looked like a dirty creature as being called by others. What do they know? Their life were perfect, with good food to eat, and a perfect home to go back to. He was homeless and alone, but he refused to admit he was any less than others in life, no. He was proud to be born as who he was now.
Lafayel watched the woman as she bent down. It made him took few steps back though, a normal reaction of a cat when a human tries to get close to it. He did not purr or meow. A cat like him made people think he was a mute. Actually, it was because he was not a cat animal, he was a cat strain. He was a human gifted with ability to shapeshift into a domestic cat, and no, he cannot communicate with other cats so they thought him weird. All he would hear for them was this annoying purring and nuzzling his ticklish body.
The lady was an angel. It was because of lady like her that made the cat strain fidgeted on his feet, wagging his tail slowly and shyly. Women were born to be angels, but some were just succubus in human disguise. They hated ugly and dirty things. They liked fanciness of the world and refused to admit doing good deeds were the best. He could not hate them tho. He feared them, but not hated them. He was so used to being shun away the woman's kindness has him flabbergasted.
Free meal was hard to find, even if it was just a small piece of sausage. He moved closer to her palm, being drawn in by the scent of the tasty-looking meat she offered. He bit the sausage and pull it off her hand and began chewing on it one bite a time. Gentle hand brushed along his back, feeling the warmth that transferred into him upon in contact. He looked up at her.
Who is she? He would have known her if she was someone from this city. The cat tilted his head a bit, growling in wonder.
((OH! THAT'S RIGHT! LUFFY WAS BORN IN ZOLD AND HE WAS HERE FOR FIVE YEARS! Could they have been friends before I wonder?))

QAQ There was something about this shop that made the strain has his two cat ears perked up and his gold-like fur tail swung side to side. Looking through the glass windows of the shop, he squirted his eyes to see further inside, wondering what that ball-looking thing was. Something about that ball made his instinct itched.
Well! Once again the wondrous cat strain, Lafayel set on journey to cities on Raduga and this time, he wounded up in Zold. Yes, Zold- he hated the name of the city, let alone the people in it. Because he was shun for being different than others in the town, he could not bring himself to walk in to the city in his human form. The strain stood in front of the shop was not a young man in early twenties with blonde hair but, instead, a domestic tomcat with dirty blonde coat and white coat under chest. He pressed his paws on the glass and stood up on his back hinds so his eyes to see better. The morning was cold and the ground was wet, assuming rain had just passed by the green clan city. Few voices and squeaks heard as passersby walked passed by and took a look at him.
Kids eager to touch his tail, but their parents scolded them not to touch dirty-looking creatures like him. Adults gave him disgusting glares, as if a cat like him was nothing more but a pest on the busy street. He rolled his eyes and continued peeking through the glass. This was exactly why he left the town. He hated them. People called Zold as the city suitable to live in, but they have no idea just how rude they were. He got back on all four, turned his head behind and licked his damp fur. Few licks on his back and he stopped, feeling as if someone was nearby. His ears twitched over the presence and he looked up to see who.
Whoever this was, he was glad he did snot smelt musky woods and faint blood.

QAQ SORRY! This man was a weirdo; that was what Lafayel has concluded in his head. Who would be sitting up there to "get some fresh air and listen to how things are going out there"? He thought the best way to do so was by having a good walk around, with a fruit in hand to bite on. But, the strain was not going to judge him. In fact, it would be more accurate to say: it has nothing to do him. He head his head tilted to face the side of his shoulder before he turned back to the man with empty eyes. His boots clacked as he walked closer to the man, revealing himself in case he was unable to find where he was currently. He stopped. Hands loosely crossed over his chest and body shifted its weight over the right heel. His distinguished cat strain feature perked up as he spoke, listening to his own voice speaking.
"Kinda. I'm running away from someone right now. Just enjoying the freedom I have for now, before they catch me," he sounded completely... fine, admitting his situation and made him appeared like a fugitive. His eyes watched the man and he somehow felt disturbed by the sight of him sitting on the fences. "Y'know... you could just... jump down here rather than sitting up there like a cat on lookout," He said in great uncertainty if he should say it, but he did. He cleared his throat, rolled his eyes a bit and quickly said, "But it's up to you. It's not my business if you end up falling from that high and hurt yourself." It would actually be his business though, because he could not resist from helping people even though they would not the same to him if he was the one injured.

Even though I've escaped the wilderness of oblivion I still can't remember Every time I trace my memory I lose sight of it in the same place I fall into repetitions of the same thing Over and over again Now that I've been reborn, I wander even more let us end this By our own action RATSAMI APICHAI || I AM SORRY IT'S SHORT QAQ There was no definite freedom in Luffy's life- when he has an invisible leash around his neck. He admitted his liberty was snatched away from him, but he refused the same liberty was now in the hands of a madman. Yes, Azar Luski was a madman, a cold-hearted villain and a murderer. He was psycho that Lafayel felt it was better to die than to live with him, but he has no choice. His pride was too high to be risked for ruthless man like him. So, he constantly seek a way or two to escape his control and earned a blow on two in return. It was a painful cycle but then, what would life mean if one does not fight for his freedom?
So today, he has once again on an escape mission- hoped it would last longer than the last time, probably a day or two. Hoping for this freedom to last longer than two ways was ridiculous since the he got eyes and ears all around the world he will find him, but probably not so soon. He bit a fresh apple he was holding with right hand with his eyes observed the scenery of the neighborhood. The houses around this city were quite huge and grand. He guessed that was the good thing being the king's residential city.
His eyes then caught sight upon something- or someone. He halted from taking second bite and, after few second only, then he brought his hands to his sides.
"What are you doing there?" He asked crudely. Could he be a thief?

They were bewildered by what they saw in the room. The boy, who they thought was nothing but just a little kitten, has a man twice larger than him lay on the cold floor unconscious. His eyes remained staring on the man coolly as if this was nothing. He simply rolled the man to another side with a light kick to his shoulder, causing him move his hand to his arm and grunt in pain. With his body now facing towards the door, the other men could see his condition. He was in bad shape- Very bad shape. There were cat-like scratches on his face and collarbones and based on the oozing droplets of blood, the scratches were deep enough to cause it. Unlike cuts from a blade, the wounds were painful because they felt sting, like your whole body was covered with paper-cuts. That much of pain can be unbearable.
They shouted 'you' at the young boy, who raised his eyes and glared at them.
The ember-like iris shined in the dark space like a predator eyeing on its prey from behind shadows, waiting for a chance to strike. And now, the chance has finally come and he was not stupid to abide it. Crackling his fingers, Lafayel dashed for the door, lowered his body enough to be able to sneak in the gap between the two men and reached for each man's pocket knife. His movements were swift and calculative that he seemed so flawless and in stealth. Surprised by the sudden approach made, the men reached for the knife on their side waist but the knives were both gone. He spin the two knives between his fingers and once he has the pointy edge of blade pointing the two men's hips, he jabbed the blades forth, thrusting through the men's clothes and flesh and caused the men to shout. He pushed the blades inside further that he thought he could feel the sharp tip grinding the men's hipbone. An instant was enough for him to leap aside and dashed through the hallway but one of the men has not given in to the agony feeling just yet. The strain's tail was grabbed and been pulled by the man, making Lafayel yelped a bit and turned to face his grabber.
A punch hit the young man's low jaw and made him collided with hard wall behind him. Another punch was set flying towards him, but Lafayel dodged and assaulted him with his elbow. The man took few steps back from the collision and that gave the strain enough space to escape and so he took it. This was not an attempt to escape this place. He realized running was not the best solution if he wishes for a freed life. The only way to make sure nobody would try to seize his liberty, was by killing somebody and not just anybody- that man.
He who humiliated him with a ring pierced through his ear as a sign he was his. He who exploited his weaknesses and made him knelt to the ground.
Azar Luski.
Few men were coming, but Lafayel could not afford to be caught, not when he was this close to his goal. He took a detour and evaded the men. His eyes observed their motions and reactions. They looked everywhere but here. Why? His eyes narrowed slightly as he grinned, flashing his canine teeth between his cracked lips. Of course- could it be this path will lead to the man's room? He turned to face the direction and slowly moved along the passage. Eyes remained alert to any single movement around him. Ears constantly twitched to the sound even of his footsteps. His mind wondered a bit- mostly recounting back his steps and probably a little bit anxiety. He raised his hand to rub a sudden pinch on his pierced ear. He growled.
His eyes caught a space large enough for a man to be in and that made him flinched a bit. He made a determined face and slowly tiptoed to the entrance. He crept on the floor like a baby, carefully placed his knees and hands to make sure he was unheard coming. There he was- the man who he hated the most after his dead uncle. He gritted his teeth so hard it drew blood out. It sting but it was nothing compared to how much he wanted to have this blade run along his throat and make his chest stop waving alive. He analysed the distance once more. This is enough. Any closer and he might notice him coming for his neck. Lafayel brought his free hand front on the ground while his another hand was with the knife he stole from the man earlier. He fixed his feet behind and in an instant he lunged front and drew the knife for the man.
He was this close to have the knife right where it was supposed to be, but it remained hanging in the middle of the way. His whole hand was, in fact. He gritted as he only earned a petty cut rather than a fatal slash from the well-planned attack. Damn it.
The strain grunted as he felt a restraint around his wrist and it grew tighter and stronger. He could feel blood has began to fail flowing correctly from his hand to his body, and the fingers felt numb slowly. He growled like a wild creature, pupils thinned in hatred and teeth clenched hard behind his closed lips. He spatted, with his lips opened his growls heard wild and deep.
"Don't even think you can make me knee before you, you scum!" He shouted, pulling himself away from the man a bit. His eyes drew to the knife and his slowly turned white fingers. He scoffed. He raised his leg for an assault, dropping the knife along so he could make a turn after swing his leg for a kick and grab the knife.
