BATTLE SWORD

A typical battle sword with scabbard attached to his left side's belt. It deals great damages to beasts who has no shield, such as thick scale or shell of sort. It is quite light that Luffy can handle it with one hand.

ILLUMINA PENDANT

The pendant serves two purposes; to illuminate light and acts as light detector. The pendant is made of crystal which traps light from the sun and so it can serve a purpose for its wearer by lightening up his surrounding. The darker the place, the brighter it shines and it loses its light in the presence of sun or moon light. It means, in case Luffy is trapped in a dungeon, he can simply use the pendant to detect an exit by observing the intensity of the light from the pendant.

Medical pouch

A self-made small slim bag that contains basic first aid items including as bandages, rolls of cotton and various ointments.

MAP

When travels, Luffy would ask for or prepare a map to ensure he knows where he is going.

Transformation: Cat

Luffy is a shapeshifter kind of strain. He can manifest himself into a smaller, more flexible and agile form of a white cat with gold-like coat along his back and tail. His ears and bottom half of his hinds are also golden-brown in color. In this form, Luffy inherits the same sense and flexibility a cat has, enables him to squeeze himself through a small space, jumps seven feet up high and lands on lands on all four paws. This skill, however, consumes a lot of energy and time to change back and forth so Luffy limits such transformation twice per day.

Resonance

It is similar to empathy but rather than picking up emotions, Luffy is able to identify the substances a certain object made of. Not only that, he can certify the condition of the object, explore the strengths and weaknesses of the object and utilizes it at his will.
