He was five when he realized he was different from the other kids in the area. Lafayel Vernon Idli was called a freak because he did not look like any of them. He grew a pair of cat ears, instead of ear lobes, and a tail. He lost few friends and slowly he lost everyone, including his family who gave him the disgusting and ashamed look in their eyes. The only person who continued to comfort him and make sure he will not shed a tear was his mother- the woman who gave birth to him and who understood him better than anyone else. He listened to his mother's words and kept himself locked in the house most of the time- out of fear and due to rejection he received from the society. Back in that small area of town, someone like him was no different than lurking monsters outside the wall. Strain is awesome, but strain with animal characteristics- no. In everyone's eyes, he was cursed and he may turn into one of those creatures and kill everyone. And so, someone who was deemed 'expert' in handling monsters was called, and he was also a family- or at least through blood with Lafayel's father.

The expert- Andrus Idli- was a beast hunter, and a younger brother of Avian Idli. He was asked to live with the family and kept a close eye on Lafayel. He agreed to do more than just watched over him. The second night he was in the house, Andrus sneaked in to Lafayel's room and pinned him on the ground. He was introduced to foreign feelings that terrified the young boy and he seek for help from his father. Instead of help, Lafayel earned scolds and beatings for accusing such a good reputable man for having thoughts to lay his hand on a filthy creature like him.

Young Layafel never thought his own father would call him that. The devil continued to harass him and started breaking him with his words- telling him what he already knew- that nobody loved and wanted him, but he never gave up. He wanted to believe that he was still connected to the family by flesh and blood and they would come around to realize he was their son, a normal boy, just like others. Few months later, his parents asked Andrus to take Lafayel away. The words chosen were fake and full of cautious, so the young boy would not know their true intention was to get rid off him. He knew all right, but he simply played dumb about it. No- he was just disconnected and heartbroken that his family wanted to disown him, even his mother. And so, Layafel followed Andrus in search for the cure, or so what he said to them.

He was six by that time, grew an inch taller and has longer golden-like hair. Andrus treated him well outside, but in the inn room where they stayed- he was a beast. Andrus ensured the young boy understood who has the power and who has nothing and instilled fear and obedience. He was taught how to touch and be touched by man and now to respond to it. He spread his legs for him and his friends, and if he refused, he will have no food to eat, water to drink and a warm place to sleep in the cold night. His crying, burn in heat face excited many. Andrus earned money by charging his friends who wished to sleep with Lafayel. Some of his friends were in the same league as him- they were bounty hunters. They were sadists that enjoyed making the boy whelped and bled under them. Lafayel hated this- he hated how weak he was. He tried to fight but the men were strong and cruel. They told him if he every try to defile them, they will have his ears and tail removed, and to emphasize their point, a knife was pointed so close to his eye that he could feel the sharp edge touched his thick eyelashes. In terror, Lafayel shuddered and lost his sense of self. He turned quiet, docile and tamed. They loved this another him, because he doesn't fight and has strong lust for their touches.

He was ten when he had enough of this. He couldn't accept any more torments and his body couldn't stand the physical activities, being pondered every night without rest. At first it was one on one, and then there was an observer, and before he knew it, he was walled by three men. Andrus cared less about the young boy's health, despite he was his source of income. The more people at a time, the more money he received. Lafayel's screams and shouts for help shook the room few minutes before he lost his mind and turned into the doll mode. He had to bear the humiliation and pain for three years before he took he courage to leave the man. He lost nothing if he's gone, but it was better than he stayed and earned nothing too. He took his other form and wandered on the streets in the city. No, not his doll form, but his shifter form. He found out the reason he has the ears and tail was because he could transform into a domestic cat and hell, life as an animal was so much free and better.

He was thirteen and he did great. He stole food from people and was granted freedom to do whatever he wanted to as a cat. Some girls would pick him up, fed him and bathed him but next morning, he would leave through the window or the back door and preyed upon the next victim. He does not need love or compassion from these humans who rejected him. He had enough of their false hopes. After spending roughly four years rehabilitating from being the feeling of broken and disowned, Lafayel finally decided to resumed his life as a boy. He was two feet taller and his hair grew shoulder long that had him to cut it. He took different jobs here and there, enjoying the idle way of life he has. Some demanded him to stay, they appreciated his seriousness and dedication during his work time but the shifter has no plan to stick to things more than a year. He traveled and earned different course of work until fate decided to turn his life back to where it began.

He was fifteen when Andrus found him. Out of nowhere and unexpected, he appeared in front of Lafayel, dragged him to an alley and started pondering him like a mad dog. Lafayel has grown up not to fear him anymore and so he fought but the man was a lot stronger. He was beat up and was unconsciously taken to an empty room where he was tied to a bed for three days, screaming his lung out while Andrus forced his way into him. During the three days, the shifter could see in the man's eyes that he was restless about something- something that terrified him more than anything. Such fear has never existed before, that made the boy wondered what could have scared this man who he was scared the most. Then he realized, the beast hunter was in debt, life debt in fact, with a man. He knew nothing of the man, but one thing for sure- whoever he was in debt with was able to make the man peed in his pants when he heard news he's coming to collect what he has owed him.

Lafayel was forced to the corner once more and this time he was not going to obey him. The two men got into a huge fight and in a snap, Lafayel slipped his fingers around the man's neck and strangled him. Andrus fought, trying to win him but all he needed was a second of late response and that was it- Andrus died out of air beneath him. For the first time in life, Lafayel Idli found satisfaction and a strong sense of life lingered warmly in him. He killed him- the man who terrorized his life.

He was twenty when he met Azar Luski. Five years had passed since the night he killed his uncle. The memory was still fresh in his mind and in front of that stranger, he smirked and claimed proudly the man's prey. It was a mistake- a huge and stupid mistake. He should have not said that, but he did it. He snatched Azar Luski's prey (the uncle) and murdered him with his own hands. Amused or whatever, Lafayel was clueless of why the man grinned at his statement and the next thing he knew, he woke up elsewhere with his ear throbbed in pain. An earring was attached to his right ear tip. He was unsure what it could mean, until the man who kidnapped him appeared before him by the door. Due to his own stupid brave act, he killed the man who had signed his name as a way to repay the debt.

Lafayel Idli belongs to Azar Luski- life and after.

Did Lafayel accept this agreement willingly? No. He tried to escape from the contract he did not sign up for, and countless of times he was beat up by the man to remind him he can run but he has nowhere to hide. He will find him eventually, his eyes are all over the world. What kept the man interest on the shifter is his strong-willed to keep glaring so bravely at him, while other might have kissed his boots by now. His life now is in the hands of Azar Luski- who he yet to discover who he really is.

AGE 10
- Experienced the worst night.
- Suffered physical and mental breakdown.
- Was drugged to keep him conscious.

AGE 13
- Ran away from the place.
- Turned into a cat for the first time.
- Started stealing food to avoid starvation.
- Traveled from one place to another.

AGE 15
- Began taking different jobs, led a care-free life.

AGE 18
- Found by Andrus.
- Beaten up, being raped for three days in row out of Andrus's frustration.
- Andrus was seen restless about something.
- Being offered as a way to settle Andrus's debts.

AGE 20
- Lost his sense.
- Got into a big fight with Andrus and strangled him to death.
- Met Azar Luski and was taken away.
- Woke up in a room with throbbed pain on his ear.

AGE 22
- Currently lives with Azar by force.
