ciao! buon giorno! buona sera! buona notte!welcome to keys to the kingdom! i’m neith, the resident lore and plot writer. pleace message me if you have any questions regarding plot advancements or clarifications regarding the information provided, and for your reference, i will be the admin that constantly asks for more information and knows way too much for her own good. you will not like me when if you’re making a king because i can be really nitpicky. but on a more positive note, i’m the laidback, constantly lurking member of the admin team. like… i keep a tab open for the site on my phone and laptop constantly. if i’m not responding on the cbox, i’m probably typing posts or trying to finish my assignments from university. yes, i’m a broke university student. i’m in my second year, and i’m a psychology major, aiming to gain an additional major in sociology and potentially a minor in linguistics— that’s entirely dependent upon how my linguistics course goes this semester tho. moreover, i’m involved with my resident hall, so i’m constantly in meetings or working on scheduling programs for the residents. plus… i’m taking sixteen hours this semester. so… i may not be reachable during the week, but my weekends are free for rp and staff work. pls have mercy on me and my hectic schedule. on a more personal note, i’m nineteen with a birthday in august. and yes, i’m female despite playing all male charas, who include AZAR LUSKI, VALÈRE D'ARRAS,& SYEIRA CÂLȚ-LUPU. i don’t care for female fcs. i enjoy yaoi and angst while my favorite book series are harry potter and lord of the rings. i’m in love with the fantasy genre, which can be seen in the books that i tend to enjoy… tho a majority of my collection on campus is steered toward my major. aside from books, i’m a massive music lover. i will listen to just about anything from alternative to country to rock to kpop. bast, i want an apology for getting me hooked on kpop. my favorite bands include linkin park (5ever my fav), three days grace, vixx, and some more that i can’t think of rn. in regards to anime and manga, i have a really eclectic taste and will attempt to watch any suggested animes… however, i get bored easily and alternate between the two often… leading to me never making any progress in tackling anime or manga recommendation lists. my fav animes include gundam 00 (5ever the most amazing series ever), prince of tennis (sports animes tho <3), d.gray-man (allen bby //sobs.), katekyo hitman reborn! (my precious bbies), and free! (more sports). as for manga, i enjoy dolls (a series that bast introduced me to), d.gray-man (yea. i’m a sucker for that series), katekyo hitman reborn! (and this one too), one piece (pirates <3), and clamp series (i.e. tsubasa reservoir chronicles, magic knights rayearth, xxxholic, chobits, clover).

POSSESSIONS  silver daggers from an early age, azar understood that he wanted to be a close combat fighter. he wanted to see the pained expressions of his prey, and he needed to feel the sensation of blood coating his hands. therefore, syn deemed daggers the perfect weapon for him, leading to his acquisition of a set of five silver daggers. he hides them in various places and will occasionally replace them with spares as he does not want them to become dull. leather whip for his secondary weapon, azar decided to train in the art of utilizing a whip, wanting to see the affect that the weapon had on his opponents. he takes glee in hunting his servant and attacking him with the flexible weapon, which explains why it remains on him at all times. he never knows when he will run into his insubordinate kitten. many of his deceased victims’ bodies showcase signs of being brutally beaten with his whip as he uses them as practice, preferring to hone his skills on dead or soon to be dead individuals. miniature figurine before killing his brother, azar stole his prized figurine—a glass rendition of the legendary kirin. he continues to carry the object around as a reminder of his beginning, for syn believes that the kirin blessed him with the opportunity he desperately wanted (i.e. the perfect moment to murder his baby brother). leather-bound journal after obtaining his freedom from the prison in ble, azar decided to begin keeping a record of the information that reached his ears, wanting to compile a hefty tome of blackmail against a wide array of people. few understand why he seems to stalk through the streets of the various cities, but they will when he comes knocking at their door.

SKILLS LIST the imprint as the colorless king, azar has the ability to witness the past associated with an object. the ability has a higher chance of being triggered if associated with a heightened emotion such as fear or desire; however, syn has to physically touch the item with his bare skin. basically, his skin acts as a conductor for the lingering impression of the event, traveling from the point of contact to his conscious mind and playing in his head like a movie. when viewing an event, he becomes completely unaware of the world around him until the end of the memory, leaving him vulnerable while providing him with valuable information.
azar does not have any control over his ability, and on occasion, he can witness someone’s memory by touching their bare skin. this happens rarely though, meaning that he does not place any reliance upon the ability. in general, syn views his ability as mentally taxing though the accumulated blackmail pleases him. the judgment aside from merely witnessing memories, azar can project the images that flash through his mind for the external world to see. the ability is highly taxing on him mentally and physically though, and he finds little use in sharing information with his underlings or companions. the memories, however, appear as a faint image upon an available surface, playing like a movie with images and sounds thought without the immersion that syn experiences.

POSSESSIONS dual short swords as a trained assassin, syeira developed a fighting style that relied upon agility and flexibility, and to accentuate his preferred style, he began utilizing short swords—ones resembling hunting knives and daggers. however, once he developed his ambidexterity, he decided to capitalize on his newfound skill, leading to his acquisition of dual short swords. unless pushed into a corner, he rarely utilizes both in combat, preferring to maintain an element of surprise. vials of poison despite being an untrained herbalist, syeira displays an impressive understanding of herbs and poisons. he taught himself through trial and error, and due to his interest in the properties of poison, he began carrying around a pouch filled with vials of different poisons. he will generally dip his swords in a poison of his choice, which varies depending on the mission given to him. helios crystal during his first official assassination assignment, the king granted him permission to claim a reward of his choice. he decided upon a small amethyst; however, the pretty jewel proved unusually due to the glowing rune hidden within it. syeira has not discovered the purpose of the sparkling crystal though he deemed it the helios crystal due to the rune contained within it. cross talisman on his twentieth birthday, his closest friend gifted him with an obsidian cross, and despite mercilessly murdering his friend, he continues to wear his gift. his sisters believe that he initially started wearing the bejeweled cross due to his guilt; however, when he managed to overcome his feelings regarding the incident, he had become accustomed to wearing the necklace and did not see a reason to cease wearing it.

SKILLS LIST phantom waltz as an assassin, syeira developed a fondness of hiding himself within the shadows; however, shadows can be finicky and fickle. they exist due to the sun, yet he wanted to utilize them for his own purposes. his obsession with the shadows eventually morphed into his signature skill, which involves creating shadows that wrap around his figure like a cloak. essentially, the cloak itself does not have to be shadows as his illusions can replicate the scenery around him, but he finds it easier to use shadows as his basis. raven's dance if he feels threatened, syeira will utilize his surroundings to his advantage. by utilizing his skills in illusions, he turns small pieces of parchment into ravens, keeping them afloat with his aura and utilizing them as a distraction. the ravens will caw obnoxiously and surround his pursuers until syeira manages to flee. they tend to dissipate into ashes once he reaches the five feet mark, leaving only the original scraps of paper in their wake.

POSSESSIONS Companion sword It was a gift from one of Liyana's regular customers and he specially crafted the Wakizashi for Rayne. It is the only weapon Rayne has and she wears it all the time, even has it placed near her while she bathes. It is very light and has been in Rayne's possession for two years now. It helps suppressing Rayne's aura and hides scar from the night she was hung using iron string. A packet of sweets Rayne indeed has a sweet tooth but the sweets are not for her. Occasionally, she uses the sweets to bribe monsters or uses the wrapper to mark paths she has gone through. Fleur's sense of smell also helps in tracking the sweet smell coming out from the candies, in case it loses track of its master. Rope with hook Girl got to stay prepared, right? It is an ideal equipment to help her overcome attackers and climbing up trees or cliffs. It is also to tie up things and is made of strong substance that it takes time to cut or burn it.

SKILLS LIST Eternal Synchronization Eternal Synchronization enables her to synchronize one's aura with hers and change it to become silver- making him/her a silver clansman. However, just like the word 'eternal', once the synchronization takes place and the alteration is a success, s/he will remain as a silver clansman. While strain is unaffected by any drastic changes, a normal person with no power to begin with, will inherit skills that match the silver clan's fundamentals. Temporary Possession The moment a clansman is accepted to serve for the silver king, their auras are synchronized. Something like a channel exists between the clansmen and the king, which allows the king to take control of the clansman's powers for short while. Temporary Possession is a one-way skill that only a king can have. Quicksilver While silver clan is not granted with ability to control time, Rayne can make things around her appear slower by increasing the gravity force or faster by decreasing the gravity force. The skill is activated upon a flick of her fingers. People within the area of effect would feel as though something just passed by, like a wave, beneath or above them, indicating the gravity has just changed slightly to fit her limit. Anyone or anything within wave circle is now in her gravity control, where she can slow or quicken their moves. The key to her power is not how far her area of effect, but how much of mass she could control. Most of time, she can only control up to 2900 newton, roughly 295 kilograms in total. That means, if there are six men weighs roughly 60kg each, she can only affect four of them. Her power will not affect the other two. Vague de Guérison Vague de Guérison allows Rayne to release positive silver aura which accelerates regeneration of things around her. Before healing can occur, Rayne at first alters and synchronizes with her target's aura to make it a temporary clansman. Then, she inserts little amount of her aura to speed up the healing skill gained by being a temporary clansman. The target can be human, animal or even plant, and the synchronization is only temporary until the healing is completed. Giving her aura to other people particularly ones who are in different clans can tire her and with her fragile body, she might pass out and unable to perform this skill again. Therefore, she only uses this skill when situation seems dire.
1-2 targets: 100% recovery.
2-3 targets: 60% recovery.
3-5 targets: 40% recovery.
more than 5 targets: 10% recovery.
*this does not include self-recovery speed, ie: the individual has self-healing skill.
