More and more lurkers have been sighted near the city walls. Few citizens have been reported heavily injured and barely survived the ambush made the lurkers. It seems something have caused them to act aggressive and dangerous. Your duty is to explore the woods and find out what has provoked them to be violent. You have been granted permission by the King to annihilate them, if they intend to attack you. Take note to approach them with great cautions for we have no idea to what extent their capabilities are, and whether killing them would trigger even worse scenario.

You have arrived at the checkpoint area as requested to report yourself. You will be given two rounds to roam, to interact and to do whatever you wish before the captain (NPC) delivers a briefing on the situation.

Order of posting: AZAR LUSKI, ISLWYN KAVANAGH, RAYNE HERMES, IGNATIUS ORIVIEN and, finally, LUCILLE AUGUSTUS.

Please keep the posting order as listed above. Should any character failed to post within fourteen days, s/he will be kicked out from this mission. A reminder that lurkers will be controlled and appeared under the control of LURKER only.

with a soft exhalation of air—an action reminiscent of a sigh, the dark haired mercenary strode carefully away from the walled cities, slinking further into the shadows as he traversed the short distance to the established check point. due to his own lies, he found himself burdened with the responsibility of assisting in the annihilation of lurkers that sought to undermine the affect of the imposing structure that surrounded the kingdom’s five cities. an exasperated huff escaped him as he stepped over a twig, for he understood the danger associated with traveling outside of the cities. azar discovered ample delight in hunting the vicious monsters that lurked in the dense fog that encased the shadows; however, he needed to survive if he wanted to claim the reward for assisting in the imperially assigned quest.

insular chuckles wracked his frame as obsidian hued eyes caught sight of the checkpoint, for despite his decision to accept the quest, the blackette acted due to his own heightening boredom. azar prided himself on his ability to entertain himself by torturing the weak and by weaving himself into the varied facets of raduga’s social classes; however, his days seemed to drag by endlessly, repeating the same patterns and forcing him to admit that he required an alteration to his daily schedule. therefore, to maintain his reputation as a talented mercenary and to quell his boredom, he decided to take part in the mission, believing that the hunt would provide him with momentary relief. furthermore, when the quest ended, he planned to seek out his wayward charge, desiring to see whether the blonde followed his instructions or not.

a smirk appeared on pallid features as he reached his destination. his toys never deigned to listen to him, and he often found himself punishing them for their misbehavior. azar gained ample amusement from witnessing his doll’s rebellious behavior, and despite his pet’s misguided beliefs, he enjoyed the thrill of the hunt—the cat and mouse game that lafayel forced them into due to his refusal to submit. onyx tinted eyes observed his surroundings as he shoved his thoughts regarding his pet to the back of his mind. the clearing remained empty aside from him, meaning that he managed to arrive first. dark brows furrowed slightly as he strode toward the opposite edge of the space.

when he reached his chosen destination, he pivoted, letting his back collided with the rough surface of the tree and folding his arms across his chest. his head tipped forward, loose strands of hair falling into his face and casting shadows over his features. pale lids descended over charcoal colored eyes, and he prepared himself to wait for his companions—a collection of individuals that he merely knew the names of. soft laughter spilled from him as he began delving into his façade as khalil vikhrov. perhaps he would not regret his decision to assist as the mission granted him the opportunity to test his acting skills while under extreme duress and while dealing with strangers.
