Sanibelle is quite outgoing and loves a good conversation. She is intelligent on the topics of trends, fashion, flowers and art. Sanibelle has lived in Zold for 20 years and would love to get out more but finding an escort is harder than she would have expected. If you're a foreigner, she would love to hear stories of the outer cities and the different cultures.
As a friend, she's a loyal one. She's always willing to give a helping hand and gives great advice. Sanibelle also tends to be the balancing person in a friendship with someone, mingling a world of extroverts and introverts. If one of her friend's is feeling, low she'll always bring them flowers and cook them a meal and take care of them.
Sanibelle has never been in love or have someone confess to her. She swings towards both men and women, but she hasn't had a romantic relaionship with either gender. Her parents think she's at a good age to marry, but they don't rush their daughter and they don't believe in arranged marriages like some of their kin.
She finds herself attracted to someone who is interested in traveling and knowledge. She enjoys intelligent conversations, so she likes someone who will learn from her, and her from them. Sanibelle isn't picky about how the person looks, but looks more into their personality and how they present themselves in conversation.
If someone comes off like a narcissist, she'll quickly reject them. She hates liars and bullies, and prefers an average looking partner with a humble heart over a handsome partner with an ugly soul

aSanibelle sat in her own world until she heard a woman’s voice yell up at her. Her amethyst eyes looked down to see a small young woman with her hands around her lips. ”Hey there! Isn’t it raining now? Aren’t you getting wet up there?” A smirk just crossed Sanibelle’s pale lips. It was just another worried person who didn’t like the rain. She doesn’t even look like she’s from here…
Pale hands pushed her hood back revealing her mature, beautiful face. Drops of rain trickled down her brows down onto her defined cheekbones and eye lashes. “The rain won’t kill me! Plus, I like the rain!” Sanibelle yelled back in a similar fashion. Sanibelle knew a lot of people that didn’t like the rain, but most people of Zold enjoyed it unless there was huge storm coming. This girl that yelled at her seemed out of place and she was obviously from not this city. If she was from Zold, she would’ve minded her own business like most of the residents do. Unless someone was stuck under a cart or something similar, most residents minded their own business.
Figuring that yelling wasn’t the best type of communicating, Sanibelle stood up and headed down the stairs. She walked up to the girl and her amethyst eyes glanced over her. The girl had short brown hair, green eyes and dressed in clothing she’s never been before. “You’re not from around here, are you?” Sanibelle asked quietly but politely. “It’s rare to see someone from outside of the city at early morning markets. I’m assuming you’re here for some business?” Sanibelle tilted her head, her long blonde braid slightly damp from the rain. “Well, seeing you don’t fare to rain well, I suggest we talk in the bakery over there.” Sanibelle pointed to the a thick green sign and headed over to it. “I’ve never met someone outside of Zold. I’m quite interested to hear what foreigners are here for.”

Greenwood Clothing, Cobbler and Hats - 10am - Jan 6
Candles flickered on the window sill until soft lips blew them out. Long arms opened up the windows and a huge inhale of fresh air was heard within the loud bustle of the neighbors below. Birds chirped and flew in their flocks across the homes and heads of neighbors and passersby. Sanibelle looked outside with the sun now bleeding through her opened window. It looked like it’d be a warm day and business would be even more busy than usual. If the weather was nice, more people flocked into their small business because they were able to display some hats, shoes and some small garments like underskirts and over coats.
She twirled towards her closest and rummaged through her clothing. Wonder what I’ll wear today? Probably something not too hot.. Hands continued to rummage until her eyes caught onto a light green muslin skirt and white shirt that came slightly off her shoulders. Before dressing, Sanibelle brushed her teeth, washed her face and loosely braided her long hair. She slipped on her clothing and and pair of brown laceup leather slippers. The young woman reached out her open window and plucked a small white flower from her window flower pot and put it behind her ear. “I’m in a wonderful mood today,” she giggled as she rushed down stairs. Her family was already at the shop because they liked to be there super early. If her relatives knew it would be a busy week, they’d set up some cots in the way back of shop and sleep. That only happened if there was a holiday, a wedding or a very special event coming up. Patrons would flood in from opening to closing.
Pale hands tied a light mustard green cloak around her neck before closing and locking the heavy oak door behind her. Rays of the sun bounced off her delicate skin and bright blonde hair. Amethyst eyes looked up at the sky to admire the clear blue skies and birds trying to maneuver around lines upon lines of drying laundry. Kids were running around in the dirt streets with their friends and cloth balls. Some of the older women were brushing off their front steps as they waved hello to passing neighbors. A gentle breeze swirled between the houses as Sanibelle continued her small walk to her family’s business.
When she arrived, there were already a few people admiring her aunt’s hats and her father was sitting on his stool shining a gentleman’s boots. “Good morning Sanibelle,” an older gentleman said, lifting his hat and a nod of his head.
“Morning, Mr. Baron! Lovely day isn’t it?” she replied with a smile and small curtsy.
“Indeed it is! Polite as always, Alexander. You ought to find her a husband before a war is raged,” Mr. Baron laughed with his typical deep belly laugh.
Sanibelle’s father smirked as he finished up his customer’s shoes. “Haha, 20 is still too young in book, Mr. Baron! That’ll be 10 shillings, Mr. Langley.”
“Here’s your money, Alexander,” Mr. Langley replied handing his payment. “Mr. Baron is right you know, Sanibelle will make a fine wife.” The tall brunette man smiled at Sanibelle making her blush slightly. She wasn’t used to all of this male attention nor the constant talk of marriage.
“Now, now stop pestering my daughter you fools!” Alexander laughed as he stood up from his small wood stool. The three gentlemen had a hearty laugh together before Mr. Baron and Mr. Langley headed off to a merchant’s meeting.
Sanibelle watched the men walk off before entering the shop. Her aunt was sitting at her work desk adding feathers to a purple hat that was commissioned for Mrs. Ederson a week ago. Her mother was just opening the wide windows allowing the fresh air to flow into the shop allowing any passersby a better look at their wares. “Sanibelle dear, I’ll be in the back, if you need anything, please holler!”
“Yes mama,” she replied as she picked up the broom and started sweeping the floors. Sanibelle propped open the door to let more air and sunshine in, and to also sweep whatever duse there was on the floors. A soft lullaby fell from her lips as she swept and organized some misplaced clothing. So soaked into organizing, she didn’t notice a man walk in until her father said something.
“Sanibelle, can you please take care of the man that walked in? I’m busy with Mr and Mrs Hubbards.” The young woman quickly stopped what she was doing and looked up. She placed the broom in a corner and brushed her hands off on her skirt.
“Hello sir,” she smiled. “Is there anything you’re looking for in particular?”

Food Market | 10am | Jan. 4
4:30am
Long strands of gold hair fell to the cold wood floor as Sanibelle rolled over in her bed. Amethyst eyes blinked in the darkness. She sat up and rubbed her eyes before lighting a few candles on her window sill to create more light in her small bed room. Her eyes glazed over to her small clock on the bedside table cluttered with books and scrap fabric. 4:30am huh? Well at least it isn’t 2am...Mom, Dad and Auntie are probably still asleep. The market will open in 30 minutes so waking up early today wasn’t a bad idea today after all. I do have to stop by Mrs. Ederson’s for her grocery list as well. Told me she’d post it on her front door. Sanibelle flopped down on her bed again and she stared at the ceiling. She could tell it’d be a cold day today making her not want to move, but she knew she needed to because today was one of the better days to attend the market. Alfred the fishmonger always got something new on Sundays that she never seen before. and the bread cart always had a discount for Sunday dinners.
Oh boy, I really should get up…
Sanibelle forced herself out of bed and quickly tip toed across the cold wood floor making sure not to wake her mother and father in the next room. She lit a candle and walked to the bathroom to freshen herself up. A boar hair brush ran through her long blond hair as she hummed a soft lullaby. Sanibelle brushed her teeth and splashed cold water on her face before braiding her long hair. She quietly creeped back to her room to dress. Seeing it was a wet and cold morning , Sanibelle wore a long brown wool skirt, tall black boots, a long sleeve green cotton shirt and grabbed a burgundy wool cloak lined with a thin layer of leather.
Pale hands grabbed a huge wicker basket lined with an old sheet and had a cover. Inside was the her family’s grocery list and some smaller baskets to prevent contamination. Pale lips blew out the candles and she left her room with a trail of swirled smoke.
5:15am
“I promise to get all of the groceries you need today, Mrs. Ederson.”
“Thank you Sanibelle! Be careful this morning … Heard a thunder storm is a comin’ sweety.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll be okay.” Sanibelle smiled and bowed before putting Mrs. Ederson’s list and small purse of coins into her basket. Sanibelle was quite surprised Mrs. Ederson was awake when she came to the house. Mrs. Ederson was an older, plumper woman who was known for her charity work. She had recently turned ill from visiting relatives. Hope she feels better. She looked absolutely horrid.
Sanibelle walked slowly through the thick fog on the muddy road to the early morning market. Horses and carriages rattled in the distance and loud voices of merchants trying to sell their wares. The young woman never questioned the reason as to why people wake up early to sell their wares. Well I guess for people like me..waking up earlier than the sun to get stuff. Like the merchants, Sanibelle had her reasons. She’s shopped in the markets enough to know that the best time to get supplies and food was in the early hours of the day. Also have the advantage of knowing everyone.
The Greenwood family did pretty much know everyone in the city due to their reputation of being a good business. There were times her family would come to the market in the afternoon of every third saturday for the big tri-weekly market. Soon enough after two hours, everything was pretty much gone. Her father was an amazing cobbler who worked fast but good quality. Her Aunt was a milliner and she would bring 50 hats and they too would be gone like the undershirts, under dresses, cloaks and small accessories that her mother and herself made.
9am
After finding all the fresh produce for her family and Mrs. Ederson, Sanibelle left out a soft sigh with a smile. She managed to get some good deals with extra change leftover. Well she also managed to exchange trade for trade as well which helped. Sanibelle was able to exchange to fix some of the clothes for Abel, his wife and children for some good lettuce, carrots and cabbage for both her and Mrs. Ederson.
On the way out of the market, she smiled and almost skipped down the road towards Mrs. Ederson’s home. She knocked on the door and Mr. Ederson answered the door. “Oh Hello Sanibelle! How was the market this morning?”
“It was good and busy as ever, Mr. Ederson,” she smiled. “Here’s the food plus some extra your wife asked for.” Pale hands put down her basket down and opened it up. She handed the older, thin man some sardines wrapped in paper, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, potatoes, dried pork sausage, cheese, bread and a bottle of wine, and the extra change all in a smaller wicker basket.
“You’re such a sweet woman, Sanibelle. How you’re not married makes me worry… My wife and I thank you very much! I hope your parents are faring well?”
A small blush crossed her creme cheeks as Mr. Ederson mentioned marriage. It was something she thought about, but traveling outside of the city was something she came across her mind much more than finding a handsome man or pretty woman. “I’m still young for marriage, Mr.Ederson, but thank you for the concern, I’m always happy to help you and your wife, and I hope she feels better soon. My family is doing well and I will make sure to tell them that you say hello,” she replied softly closing and picking up her now lighter basket.
“Well I can respect that ideal of 20 being too young. But good luck with work and I hope to see you soon!”
“Good bye Mr. Ederson.” Sanibelle gave a small nod and headed back home.
The weather seemed to be quite nice, still cloudy and a bit foggy, but still nice. It was definitely warmer than the early morning when she left. When Sanibelle reached home, her aunt, mother and mother were up and at the table with some bread and butter and coffee. “Ah good morning, Sanibelle. How was the market?” her aunt asked still dressed in her night clothes.
“It was good Auntie! Got some good slab bacon and eggs if everyone isn’t full,” she smiled placing the basket on the wood counter near the fire pit. “I’m thinking of cooking some up anyway and sitting above the market.”
“You’re always so adventurous deary,” Alexander, her father said sipping the last bit of his coffee. “Be careful though dear...the weather seems a lil unsafe. Thunder storms and such.”
“Mrs. Ederson said the same thing.”
“Is she still ill?”
“Yes sadly… I hope she feels better soon.”
“Ahh...well I’ll have to stop by with mum and Auntie after eating. But if you’re going to sit in the market and people watch, you ought to hurry!” Alexander quickly cracked some eggs into their cast iron pan and added some bacon. The kitchen smelled like breakfast and made Sanibelle smile. She watched her father cook up her eggs and bacon and slide them onto a few slices of fresh bread. His rough hands tied the food in a muslin cloth and handed it to his daughter. “Come home right away or find the closest shelter that’s open if the weather gets bad!”
“I will daddy,” Sanibelle smiled kissing her father, mother and auntie on the cheek before running out the door again. Sanibelle was probably more excited to sit outside more than the next person, but she enjoyed the fresh air and sitting in the market and meeting new people.
When she was able to make it back the market, she hurried up a flight of stairs to her favourite spot. It lead to a small balcony roof overlooking the market. Her fingers untied the muslin cloth and dove into her eggs, bacon and bread. She ate slowly to enjoy the homemade and fresh flavors as her eyes gazed over the bustling market that was more busy than the morning. As she ate, she felt some drops of rain fall on her head. Amethyst eyes looked up as the rain began to slowly drizzle. Sanibelle shrugged and returned to eating. Rain never bothered her. She was always a fan of it and she enjoyed sitting outside when it rained and thundered even though it was against her family’s wishes.
She finished what she could and wrapped up the leftovers on the cloth. Her hand placed it in a small pocket and put her hood up. Sanibelle sat on the roof, feet dangling over the edge and hummed a soft tune as she sat in the rain and people watched.

THE WOMAN COVERED IN THREAD NEUTRAL GOOD ● CITIZEN ● N/A Soft cries of a newborn rang through the small home of the Greenwood family. Georgia and Alexander held their new baby girl with bright amethyst hair and crème skin. Sanibelle was born at the weight of 8lbs, bald and healthy. She grew into a wild child full of energy and spark with a willingness to learn. Growing up in her family’s business, Sanibelle picked up the trade of sewing and flower arranging from the women in her life: her mother and her aunt. She also picked up some tips in cobbling from her father.
Sanibelle, despite being a wild child, she was a dedicated worker soaking up the info her aunt, mother and father fed her. By the age of seven, she had made her first garment, and by the age of 12 she had made her first piece of clothing for a client. Due to her hard work and delicate applique, she quickly made her spot next to her mother of word of mouth. Georgia herself was, and still is, a well known seamstress that made clothes fit each person a like a glove. People from all over the city came to her small shop and paid good money for her expertise.
Around the age of 16, Sanibelle began to get her own customers. Sanibelle mastered more in formal wear than the basic wear her mother created. The young woman loved the feel of the expensive fabrics and enjoyed their beauty. Not only did she like the fabrics, she enjoyed the detail she could add to each piece with beading, applique, lace and so one. The dead lines were also longer which helped her deal with her iron deficiency anemia.Of course Sanibelle helped her mother with the casual wear, but her parents
At the moment, Sanibelle is still working at the family shop and traveling around the city. She hopes to one day travel outside of the city and see what the other cities have to offer.
