|  | So she was not alone, after all. Day after day she prayed for the ones she loved to be well and fine in a world far from her. She thought she was all alone, to be trapped here for eternity. Eternity- how she wished she could be forever and eternally be with Arthur and others. Would not that be a better world and life? A hand gently brushed her cheek woke her up from her dilemma. She looked up to meet Finn's eyes and studied them like he was a rare specimen. He really was- someone who she thought had died.
"Little Aurora, don't you know I'm a hard bastard to kill?"
His remark made the young Hermes- no, Lucienta- laughed. She giggled, and it was a type of giggles that people found honest and full of overjoy. It was a type of giggles that she hardly ever made in her life as Rayne Hermes. Finnian was their- her and Athur's- close friend. They both trusted him more than anyone and for Rayne personally, Finnian was like her second big brother. He was here, when Arthur couldn't, and when both of them were together, they brought light and sun in her life. Rayne was very comfortable around the purple-haired man, who she seek his warmth when she felt cold and being pushed away for being a woman, not a man.
"Arthur didn't die because of you, little bit. He died for you. He died for you to live, and I promised to protect you through the centuries. It was my duty to do so"
She listened to his words of comfort. Her eyes dropped low as she felt her heart clenched tightly in emotions. "Arthur..." She muttered the name. Her hands freed themselves and raised up to the side of head. She muttered, "He's such an idiot. I knew that warmth feeling when I woke up was his. He... how could he do this to me?" she did raise her voice at the end of her sentence, feeling angry and hurt because her brother decided to do something that she never asked for. She never wanted this- to be separated from him like this! Tears fell like rain down her cheeks and to the ground, leaving damp stains on the soil. She brought a hand over to the bottom half of her face to hide her face behind her palm.
She stopped and grabbed him in instant. Her eyes looked bewildered as she asked him. "Where is his grave? You did not leave him alone did you?! You were with him, right?!" Her nails dug deep into his sleeves as she held him by his arms, seeking whatever left of her brother.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" She dodged and dashed and has been doing the two steps that managed to keep her safe and alive as she ran. She was not sure where the hell she was heading but running was all she could do with the pack of flesh-eating lurkers proceeded to chase after her despite they have been few feet away from the cave. It was crazy just how fast and eager these runts to get her flesh between their jaws! She could tell from the way they were growling and speeding up to match her slow and big paces. Yes- Rayne was not a fast runner, but her steps were wide. She jumped, followed by the beasts, over the bushes. She thought by going through obstacles might slowed them down but she was wrong. Instead, it began to slow HER down and tiring her out. Her eyes caught another bushes- tall and thick. She gritted her teeth. Please let this be the last bushes she has to jump across. Her leg joints were beginning to throb. Talk about excessive workout here! Rayne jumped over it, stumbled a little upon her landing when small branches caught her attire and pulled the fabric roughly that it ripped. She grumbled, this was her favorite and one and only cream-colored clothes she has! Roars heard coming closer forced the young beast huntress to continue running. She turned her head and body front and was surprised by an unexpected presence. "YOU!"Okay, that was VERY rude of Rayne to called him 'you', but she has no time to even recall his name properly. She knew his name, okay! He... his name was... er... Okay, so she admitted she did not remember his name but does it even matter? Rayne hastily ran forward, passing him by her shoulder. She did not care to look beside her where he was running along with her. How sweet of him to run with her, NOT! "What the hell did you do?" He asked. She wanted to ignore his question because, for some unknown reasons, it was like he accused her of doing something bad. She, between her pants for air, shouted back, "I DID... NOTHING!" All she ever wanted was to go into the cave and retrieve the item as requested by her client. These creatures seriously need to reconsider their action- at least she asked their permission rather than proceeded with a plan to sneak into their nest while they were away hunting. She grumbled, "brainless beasts, I even... asked... nicely!" Her blue eyes glared at him from the corners of her eyes. TODAY, YOUR LUCKY COLOR IS CREAM! It will enhance your inner beauty, improve your success in your career and help you find your true love! Is this the true love she would find? Oh please, she rather date a wild boar than this man right here. She seriously will consider the option to burn the freaking lying cheating fortune box once she got back home. "What... are YOU... doing here?... Got ditched... by your lover... in the woods?" She hissed, almost wanting to poison him with her words if she could. Her eyes darted behind when she heard two of the beasts began taking detour. They split, almost like wanting to corner them both. NOTHING beats the feeling of reuniting with another troublemaker. Raziel is pretty open about Starling being a strain. He might not even take port about him having fox ears and shits. Raziel treats Starling more or less like a small kid despite he is only few inches shorter than him and would carry him over his shoulder and bring him to Ble BECAUSE GAWD HE IS SO CUTE!! Okay, he does not plan to start a career as STRAIN-napper, but Starling is irresistible. I'm not sure if this gonna work but Liyana and Rayne probably stumbled upon poor Starling one day and helped him to get better for few days before Starling ran off somewhere. Since the incident, the Hermes ladies welcomed Starling to stop but for food or good nap in their house or shop whenever he wished. Rayne treats Starling like a younger brother, and she would pester about his welfare whenever they meet. Probably, the two can train their healing skills together too, IDK idea is weird.

XDD you knew this is coming don't you? One who seeks for joy in death and one who does not celebrate death at all. I can imagine Rayne would be a great source of amusement to Azar cuz she will directly tell him she does not like him toying with people's life and has trouble handling mess he creates in case they have to work together in missions. But if he ignore her warns, I can see Rayne pulls her sword and daringly points it at Azar to shut up and stop the madness. She is very agile and while she may be a girl, Rayne did train secretly how to handle sword. Rayne had only heard about him from her brother and never met him, at all. So, I think if they meet, they won't know each other unless someone decides to introduce them as silvers, someone like tier. But all and all, I have thought of a thread that made Rayne search for Valere under Liyana's request for some of his herb and she kinda got a bit nostalgic cuz her brother enjoyed Valere's hobby of gardening and love for nature. The second wrecked ship after Raz and Val. Srsly. I can't see them instantly fall in love with each other but they could be friends or sort. Rayne would aid him when he's troubled, but she is fine on her own. IDK WHY I THOUGHT THIS BUT WTH. I want to have a thread Rayne was captured cuz someone was unhappy with Liyana's straight-forward and sarcastic personalities. Rayne got escaped cuz, she kicks asses, and Eira was told to go after her before she makes a report and have the man captured. XDD Last time It was 'rayne' chases Eira and now it's the opposite.

I think Rayne would make a good female friend to Sani, yeah, and she can help her in case she needs someone to take her outside the walls. Rayne treasures friends because she has lost plenty good ones, including her family, in one night. If anyone tries to mess with Sani, considered off with his head. But being Rayne's friend might bring problem because sooner or later she will declare herself as a silver king and that means Sani will be placed in danger. But that's for later XDD After the whole escort mission, I think Raz has grown to like her for her charismatic and great personalities. I can see Raziel would once in a while visits her and checks her out to see if she needs a hand or two with her work. Raz's very hyper and like to goof around, so he probably gonna try out some dresses and make Sani 'her' 'tea friend'. XDD all and all, he treats Sani very much like a very important friend that if she's in trouble, he will come and help definitely Luffy is very hard to handle, srsly. I think deep inside his heart he actually remembers Sani as one of the friends who was kind to him eventho he was a freak and a cat strain. He might seek Sani's embrace and decides to stay with her as her pet cat as long as he could before Azar finds him back. I could imagine sweetness and sort of fluffs between them. XDD Idk.

Aaaaah we already got this covered like! I can see Rayne grows absolutely attached to Tier and being picked fun by him. With him by her side, I can tell she feels more confident to take on her brother's role as the Silver King. There are times she might feel scared and haunted by her bloody past especially at night, so maybe Tier might spot her walking alone outside in the middle of the night because she can't sleep XP I was not joking when I said this guy is going to go after Fenix. I'm not sure how they met in the first place, but Raz here just adores her and would like to know more about her- you know, get to the whole first name basis! Don't take it wrong tho, it is not like he wants some lovey-dovey thing with her. He just finds her an amazing woman, pretty and yeah. I can see Raz annoys her and appears out of nowhere when she's alone so he could talk to her. He's pretty random, but he got his eyes on your girl here!

| | She could not move, her body just was not working like her brain demanded. Did her brain really want her to move? She felt her whole system went hay-wired. The evening when men crashed through the door of Lucienta house was the day she thought her life would be over. Death was not as quick and painless as sleep like people said. It was slow and suffocating, especially when she was granted power to regenerate.
Her dark blue eyes glanced aside and then down. There's no way this was the same Finn. She closed her eyes and clenched her hands over her chest rightly. There must be some mistake here. This could be a coincidence- a very unusual coincidence- someone who looked like Finn, called her Rora, because Rora was just a nickname.
"Tierney Finnian Monroe at your service. But, at one point you simply called my Finn,"
Rayne instantly opened her eyes and quickly looked up so her eyes could see the man once again. Something about the name made her tongue tingled to speak. "Finn?" She managed to call out the name, gently. She felt... hurt, inside. She curled her fingers into tight fists. Nails dug deep into her skin. The pain reminded her this was reality.
Finn was standing there right now.
She walked slowly towards him, keeping as much courage as she could to do so. Inside, she felt strong wave hit her to sway and unable to walk properly, but she would not let Finn see this.
"Finn..." She repeated the name. She stood in front of him now. Her eyes studied the man's and then closed from the view. Emotions built up inside her but she could not tell what they were. Was it happy? Was it overjoyed? Was it sad? Rayne opened her eyes.
"But how..." She wanted to ask how he stayed alive until now, but she ended up crying. She gasped, brought her hands up to her face and wiped the clear tears away. She shut her lips and held her breathe, trying to suck in the feeling to cry right in front of someone who she knew will tease her for this.
"Arthur, he... I... " She tried to say it. She tried to tell him the man they both loved was dead and it was because of her. He died for her.

It was a sunny morning, just like now. The introduction was short but it was one of the best days of her life. She was small, and the two boys were like giants from her point of view. They were tall but they were not scary like other boys she met. When Arthur was by her side, she felt she could be as tall as them, and she felt the same way with the new friend Arthur introduced to her.
What was his name?
"Rora?"
The name brought goosebumps all over her body. She felt like electrified. Her heart skipped a beat and her eyes could not help but to just stare at the figure. The scene slowly diminished and a different background took place. The same man, but now with someone else beside him. Her eyes felt teary once again. It was Arthur, extending a hand to her direction exactly like the day he introduced her his friend.
Rayne gritted her teeth, watching the nostalgic memory vanished and reality took its place. He looked just like him- like Finnian. She wobbly got up from her knees and stood there, frozen like a deer under spotlight. Her eyes locked on the man's face while her mind went around in circle. Is it some kind of a sick joke? She furrowed her eyebrows, feeling angry of sort.
"Who are you?" She demanded a name, or an explanation even. It could not be Finn. Everyone should have died! They died- being slaughtered in the war or through time. She was not sure what she should do.
