 let's dance with the devil Nuka's tail patted against the ground as she glanced up at Aleskei, her mouth open as she panted in excitement. It was another strain, and a cute one at that. The wolf had a keen sense for the type, and while she normally didn't care about other people, the Strains were really the only people that the wolf would go directly to. Ales smiled down at his pet before patting her on the head, and turning his attention towards the other male. "She's not going to hurt you, kid. She likes your kind, unlike the barkeep behind us" He commented, loud enough that the man would hear the blonde's comment. A smirk was thrown over his shoulder before he returned his attention towards the other. Grabbing a chair, the Colorless Clanman spun it around, then sat with a leg on either side of the seat. Nuka moved around the table, sitting dow between the two men, and glancing between them. A whine escaped her, striving for attention, which prompted the man to reach over and scratch her behind the ears. She shook her head, before lifting her muzzle for her owner to scratch over the long mouth. "You shouldn't be drinking alone here, kid. There could be weirder people out there. But, not to worry. Nuka here will protect you" The blonde continued, glancing around before he waved a hand towards a tavern wench. "Hey, can I get a round of drinks, and maybe a bowl of water for my girl here?" He asked, with a charming smile, as he watched the lady nod, then smile at the wolf. Nuka, as if prompted, followed after the woman, though was soon shooed from behind the bar. She scampered back to Aleskei, though the bar wench soon returned with a glass, and bowl for the wolf. Ales's eyes moved back towards the Strain across from him, a smile on his features. let's dance with the devil "You can't bring that damn wolf in here, kid" The comment from the bartender was something that Aleskei ignored at first, but when the man went to grab for him, he almost got his arm chomped on by said pet. Crimson eyes moved towards the man, and his wolf who was very lightly hanging onto the arm. "The lady says she wants to be with me. I'd let him stay" He commented, smiling slowly at the man. Nuka's jaws unlatched from the man's arm and the two wandered over to the bar, taking a stool and tapping the money he had on the bar top. It was a couple drinks in before he noticed Nuka pawing the ground beside him. He paused, mid-sip, and glanced down at his girl. She was staring at a cat-eared boy who had been watching them. He blinked slowly, then shook his head. "Leave the poor kid alone, Nuka" He commented to the wolf, who whined even more. He grabbed one of the salty snacks from the bar and lowered his hand to her. She chewed on the snack, though the whine never stopped. "Christ, Nuka. Leave the poor kid alone, I said" And before he knew it, the wolf was off, bounding across the bar and skidding to a halt in front of the blonde boy. Aleskei sighed loudly, knocking back his drink, the nearly toppled the chair over and wandering over. That long-gaited walk was one of a predator, though he wasn't on the hunt at the moment. "Sorry if she scared you, Nuka's too friendly for her own good. But you're a cutie, and well, my girl here knows a cutie" The man commented, a wide grin coming over his normally cocky features. let's dance with the devil Aleskei had to snort about the strain's comment, shaking his head as he patted the wolf on the head. She yawned in response, as if going to sleep once more. He rolled his eyes at how easy the little beast feel asleep. Shaking his head, the blonde-haired man turned his eyes back towards the strain as the cat-eared man settled down once more, making the comment about Azar. A smirk crossed over his features. "I'm sure he wouldn't like to hear that. You hear a lot from him if you aren't listening" The blonde commented, chuckling under his breath. Yeah, this was sure to get on the other's bad side Nuka's tail flicked up and down as she heard the other's speak. She crawled off her owner's lap, lazily walking over to the strain and plopping down beside the young man. The crimson eyes of the other moved over towards them as he leaned back on his palms, stretching his long arms out behind him as smiled slightly. Well, the wolf seemed to like the other man. That was a plus. He had hoped his pet's taste in people hadn't stopped at the Colorless King. Not that he wasn't fond of the dark man himself, oddly enough. He rolled his shoulders back, then chuckled softly at the other's comment. "What can I say, maybe I sleep talk?" Aleskei commented, his head leaning back as he let out a yawn. Sitting here, watching the two of them curled up together, he couldn't help but want a nap as well. Nuka's head raised as she heard a swishing noise, her ears twitching, and before Ales could react, the wolf had pounced on the sleeping strain's tail, the crimson hued irises staring in shock at what his pet had done. sooooo. lafayal is azar's toy, and aleskei is a clansman. but ales doesn't care too much for the clan, he's there because his father owed a debt to azar somehow. and guess who was the chosen payment? that'd be ales. and nuka just came as a package deal. anyways, ales would actually enjoy luffy's company, he's a social creature at best and would probably look out for the cat-boy like a little brother. and warn him about socks on doors and all that fun stuff.

we've pretty much established this already, but enter in azar's personal annoyance (other than luffy of course <3) but, hur hur. ales very much enjoys torturing his wonderful king and many different ways. and yes, ales enjoys the pain oddly enough. but, yes. a very painful, yet amusing love/hate relationship between these two. on top of that is darling little nuka, aleskei's wolf and someone who adores azar for some twisted reason.

they might have met when before arthur died, but tier tries to forget about those days tbh. at the moment, they're pretty friendly with each other and i guess they could be considered close friends? tierney more than likely keeps val in the loop when it comes to rayne, at least before the two meet again?

all i'mma say here is that eira better not hurt rayne or there will be a very angry tierney on him. he has horses and he knows how to use them >w> but, other than that they may get along. we'll have to see sometime.

let's dance with the devil Nuka was ever the creature that made the man in front of him resist harming him. It was why the wolf would always come with him when he visited the Colorless King. Not that Aleskei had planned on coming here. Really, his constant companion had the most twisted adoration towards people. Perhaps it was her upbringing with him and being around the constant flow of terror and bloodshed? None the less, the wolf had grown quite an attachment to Azar, which made Ales worry for his own sanity. He scoffed slightly at the comment coming from the raven-haired man, arms crossing over his chest as he watched Nuka soak up the affection from the man. "My wolf is allowed for affection, but I am not? How very rude" Crimson eyes never left his king as he stood there, in the middle of the room, watching him with his red-furred pet resting her head on the arm of his throne. Her golden eyes moved from Azar of her master, though she didn't move. The affection was something she always strived for, no matter the person giving it. Though, there were only so many people Nuka allowed to touch her. Oddly enough, two out of the three people the wolf enjoyed the company of were in the room. Stuffing a hand in his back pocket, Ales made certain the leash was still securely there before pulling out one of his many playing cards. And no, they weren't the deck of communication cards he had on him normally. Aleskei Vitali could be a gentleman when he wanted to, but at the moment he didn't much feel like it. He wanted to be a pain in the ass as much as he could. And who better to be a pain in the ass to? Well, most people wouldn't have. But Ales so enjoyed being a thorn in the side of the most important people. "My etiquette is quite good, to be fair. I was just following my pet, who has attached herself to your hand" He explained, taking a step forwards. It was only then that Nuka lifted her hand, though her contact with the man didn't waver as she watched her partner. The blonde smiled at her, as he continued his approach, slow and steady steps bringing him right before the seated king, and he bowed at his waist. "I do apologize for intruding, but even as raising her from a pup, Nuka very much has a mind of her own," He commented, a smirk across his features as he glanced from king to his wolf. let's dance with the devil Ales honestly wanted to freeze where he was, but considering he was flat on top of the poor man, the very least he could do was lift himself up onto his arms, blinking down at the cat-eared boy, then grinning widely. "So this was where you ran off to. Syn's not too happy y'know" He laughed, before rolling off the blonde-haired strain, planting himself on the ground, to where Nuka came to his side, sitting down beside her master and nudging his chin with her narrow muzzle, golden eyes glancing at Luffy as well. Of course, being a possessive creature, she wanted to make sure her fellow animal-like creature didn't have any ideas of stealing the other blonde away. Reaching up to pet her muzzle, Aleskei's eyes moved up and down over his king's personal play toy, and he couldn't help but laugh. Well, he'd have to tell Azar about this, tripping over the feline-like young man. Nuka whined softly as the blonde stopped in his patting for a moment, before resuming. "Silly place to sleep, though. I thought Nuka was going to gobble you up" He said jokingly, crossing his legs over each other, which prompted his pet to sprawl across his lap, her eyes soon closing, and a light breath escaped her lips as she soon fell into an easy sleep. He rolled his eyes at her, before returning his attention the the Strain in front of him. "Y'know, even if you're part cat, Nuka just wants to be your friend. She loves people" Aleskei commented, a grin coming over his features. "She saw you napping, and wanted to join you, is all" He continued on, patting his wolf's head as she shifted slightly, making him flinch when she hit a rather sensitive spot on his anatomy. She sighed heavily before settling down again. He lowered his crimson eyes down to her before back towards his new conversation partner. At least. if he didn't decide to get up and leave. Weren't felines ricky creatures? He'd never know, more of a canine person himself, a proven fact with his pet in his lap. LAFAYEL IDLINETTE OF GS

let's dance with the devil He was pissed. Not just a little pissed, a lot pissed. The man stood with his hands on his hips, watching the wolf as he lowered her head, staring at the pair of shoes that were at her feet. Her golden eyes looked up at him as she lowered her head more, a soft whine escaping her. Of course, the man being a gentle being, caved into his companions face. "You know what you did was wrong, but I'm not going to hit you with the shoe. You're almost ten years old, Nuka" Aleskei shook his head before standing up and waving his hand towards her. All was quiet in the afternoon. Syn was out being.. Well, Syn and really the golden-haired man wasn't too social. His hands jammed in his pockets, it didn't take long before Nuka was running off again, and the assassin rolled his eyes. "Nuka! Where are you going?" He called after her, only to realizing she clearly wasn't returning to his side. A sigh escaped Ales as he strode in almost the opposite direction he had been walking, towards his wolf's direction. He found her circling a curled up figure, a brow raised slightly, though he noticed Nuka's tail waving back and forth is excitement. "Really? You have to wake up someone who's sleeping? You really a fearless, my girl" Aleskei commented, shaking his head as he reached for her collar, but the wolf was having nothing of the sort. She jumped over the sleeping figure, making the rather tall man fall forwards, tripping over his own feet.. And landing on the poor, sleeping man. LAFAYEL IDLINETTE OF GS
